CEO & Founder

With over 14 years in the medical field, founder of Interconnections Marketing, Samantha Williams, launched the company with an idea: to bridge the gap between patients and the care they need. She discovered social media is essential for every medical practice because it allows providers to connect with patients in a meaningful, accessible way. Interconnections creates elevated, educational, HIPAA-compliant content to share valuable health information and showcase a practice’s expertise.
Her inspiration started as a certified Ophthalmology technician, a biller, an Optical assistant, a surgical coordinator, and finally managing an office in Livingston NJ. She retired from the field seeking to make a difference in the medical field with digital platforms. After creating Interconnections, she then assembled a team of medically experienced professionals to support her mission. As of 2025 Interconnections proudly represents over 17 locations nationwide.
Brand Manager
Our Brand Manager of Interconnections Medical Marketing, Skyler is a healthcare marketing professional with a decade of hands-on experience in patient care, medical management, and digital marketing. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in Public Health and Exercise Science—an education that gave her a strong foundation in both the science of wellness and the systems that support it.
Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of healthcare providers—from primary care physicians and specialists to behavioral health professionals. That experience has given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges providers face—and what it takes to truly connect them with the patients who need their care most.
Skyler’s background in patient care allows her to see marketing through a different lens: one that’s focused not just on growth, but on trust, empathy, and communication. Whether she’s building a brand, crafting a social media strategy, or fostering an outreach, her goal is always the same—to help providers build meaningful relationships with their communities and make it easier for patients to access the care they deserve.
